So in my need to make sure I have covered everything, I am going to start sharing the things I am doing!

Here is the first:

I was in New York City this past weekend and I happened upon a Vera Wang Sample sale!!! YEAH!!!! Since my goal of the weekend was to get a rehearsal dress, I thought this was the perfect place to start!

So I am looking for comments.. and I am not too sure what to think about the gray wool tights..

Ok so here I am... 14 days away from walking down the aisle... stressing out about every 10mins., thinking I am forgetting something, or that I missed a detail that I wanted to include or that people will be disappointed... does everyone feel like this? I hope not.

So my answer to not stressing out is creating a 17 page detailed itinerary of the days leading up to and including the day-of. Am I crazy, i think so, but if it helps I am all game. So let the fun begin!

Obviously you want to let them know who much they mean to you, so I have found this website, and there are the COOLEST ideas!!

So I am definitely a dreamer... all day long I search for the things I think I will one day have... and as a bride-to-be, I am constantly looking through magazines, website and blogs to create my 'vision'.  Therefore I highly recommend to all bride-to-be's, you must get an Audrey File Tote

When life hands you lemons...

Oh, the awkwardness of the first post!

So I have been thinking about doing a blog FOREVER, but never really thought that I had anything interesting to add to the world, but here I am up at the Arctic Circle and the TV isn't working and I have gone through, no joke, all the magazines in Town and I thought that it was now or never for the blogging thing!

SO here I am......This will hopefully be one of the only posts solely about me.. but just to get things started here I go:

1) I do realize how late I am to the blogging scene. I KNOW that other people have been doing this since, like, 1990's and that I'm just now jumping on the bandwagon. And I'm sorry. I was like that with Ugg boots too. I thought they were ugly and just a fad, until I got a pair for Christmas, and from Sept/Oct - April, there are a mainstay for me , so ya, I was sort of late to the party.

2) I'm going to try and not post boring, this is what I eat today stuff..but you know.. if I am desperate.. I make no promises...

3) I promise never to refer to my fiance, Jaeme, as  "my honey" or "my sweets". yuck.. gross.. I CANNOT stand it when people say those terms to their significant others.. no idea why it bothers me so much but it does!!!!!!

4) One of my favourite sayings is "When life hands you lemons, make lemonade and if that doesn't work, add vodka!"

5) You may be wondering after all this, why I started this blog... well mostly because I AM getting married.. (YEAH!) and secondly because I am actually OBSESSED will all the details that make up weddings, so my goal is to share my research with anyone who wants it and maybe with those who don't!

So O.K. This wasn't so hard after all.. I'm so glad we got to know each other better. I'm feeling less awkward already.
